Questions owners ask first
How much does it cost?
It is free to use. Sign in with Google, name your company and start booking — no credit card, no trial clock.
Do I need to download anything?
No app store. It opens in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen, where it works like any other app — on iPhone, Android and laptop alike.
Does my crew need a Google account?
To see their own day on their own phone, yes: they open the invite link and sign in with Google. A helper hired for one Saturday can be on the schedule and paid without ever signing in.
Why does it ask for my Google Calendar?
So every clean lands on each cleaner's own calendar by itself. The app only writes the events it creates and never reads the rest of your calendar.
Can I bring the clients I already have?
Yes. Pick them from your Google contacts and they arrive with their names, numbers, addresses and notes — and stay up to date when you change them in your phone.
Which languages does it speak?
English, Portuguese and Spanish, following the language each phone is set to. The owner can read it in English while the crew reads it in Portuguese.
