Terms of Service

What the service is

My Scheduler is a web app for scheduling house cleans: crews, clients, jobs, routes and pay, in one place. It is provided by Julio Lima.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping that Google account secure — anyone who can open it can open your My Scheduler account.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.

Invites and roles

An admin can invite people into the company. An invite link works once and expires after seven days. Whoever accepts it joins the company with the role the invite carries.

Admins are responsible for who they invite and for removing people who leave.

Your responsibilities

Keep the information you enter accurate. Use the app lawfully. Do not enter data about a person unless you are entitled to hold it.

Do not use the app to harass anyone, to break the law, or to store data unrelated to running your cleaning business.

What you may not do

Do not attempt to reach another company's data, probe the service for weaknesses, scrape it, resell access to it, or run it in a way designed to degrade it for other people.

Your data belongs to you

Your company's data is yours. We claim no ownership of it and we do not use it for anything except providing the service to you.

You can ask for an export or a deletion at any time.

Availability

We work to keep the app up, but it is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages and faults happen.

Keep your own record of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost bookings, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the app whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk, and we will tell you why where we are able to.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and we will give notice in the app before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and any dispute will be heard in the courts of the user's domicile.
