Who we are

My Scheduler is operated by Julio Lima. You can reach us any time at juliocflima@gmail.com.

What we collect from your Google account

Signing in is Google only. When you sign in we receive your name, your email address and your profile picture from Google.

We also ask for permission to manage events on your Google Calendar. It is what puts the cleans you are scheduled for onto your own calendar, and keeps them right when the schedule changes. The permission covers calendar events only — not your calendar's settings, and not any other Google service. We use it solely to create, update and delete the events for your own cleans; we do not read your other events and we never touch an event this app did not create.

You can refuse it and the rest of the app works exactly as it does now — you simply get no events. You can take it back at any time from your Google account, and we stop writing.

We do not request access to your Gmail, your Google Drive or your contacts, and we cannot read them.

What you put into the app

To run a cleaning company the app stores what you type into it: your company name, your crews and who is on them, your clients' names, addresses, access notes and photos, the services you sell, and the jobs you schedule.

It also stores the money side — the price of a clean and what each person was paid for it — because that is what the app is for.

Addresses and maps

A client's address is sent to Google Maps so the app can show it on a map, work out a route, and fetch a Street View picture of the front door. Google's handling of that request is covered by Google's own privacy policy.

We store the resulting coordinates so we do not have to ask again.

How we use all of this

Only to make the app work for you: to show your crew their day, to show an admin the schedule and the takings, and to let you sign in.

We do not use your data to train models, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not analyse it for any purpose beyond running the service.

What we never do

We never sell your data. We never rent it, trade it, or hand it to data brokers. We never share it with advertisers.

We do not share your company's data with other companies using My Scheduler — every query in the app is scoped to your company, and there is no view that crosses that line.

Who can see your data

Only people you invited into your company. An admin sees everything in the company. An employee sees only their own teams' jobs and the clients attached to them, and their own pay.

On our side, access is limited to what is needed to keep the service running and to fix faults.

Where it is stored

Your data lives in a PostgreSQL database and the app is hosted on Vercel. Uploaded photos are kept in Vercel Blob storage. Connections are encrypted in transit.

These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your company uses the app. Delete a client, a job or a person and it is removed from the app; close your account and we delete your personal data.

Write to juliocflima@gmail.com and we will delete your account and everything attached to it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Under Brazil's LGPD and the GDPR you also have the right to object to processing and to withdraw consent.

One email is enough. We answer within 30 days and we do not charge for it.

Your clients' data

When you enter a client's address and notes, you are the controller of that information and we process it for you. Make sure you have a lawful basis for holding it — in practice, that the client hired you.

Children

My Scheduler is a tool for running a business and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects what we do with your data, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
